Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with a tracking number to monitor its progress. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking details to be updated.

Do you ship internationally, besides Singapore and Malaysia?
Yes, we ship our supplements & devices internationally.

Emagene.life is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
Damages
Emagene.life is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, kindly contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
