Return Policy
Returns
All sales are final and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us promptly at info@emagene.life with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We handle these situations individually and will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.

Refunds (If applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that
we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection
of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be
applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (If applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your debit/credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
3. Reach out to your bank, as there is often a processing period before a refund is posted.
4. If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@emagene.life
Sale Items (if applicable):Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (If applicable)
We only offer replacements for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same one, please email us at info@emagene.life and send the item to:
LG Floor, Office 2, The Bousteador, Annexe, 10, Jalan PJU 7/6, Mutiara Damansara, 47800 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, which will inform them of your return.
