Who is this program meant for?

What happens if I miss the monthly live meeting session?
You will still receive access to the recording.
Missed sessions do not entitle you to replacement sessions, personal tutoring, or additional support.
Can I ask questions if I don't attend live?
The live Q&A is only available during the live session.
You can watch the recording later, but you cannot submit questions after the session or request follow-up based on the missed Q&A.
Can I move to another cohort if my schedule changes?
No. All memberships are tied to the specific cohort you enrolled in.
Transfers, deferments, extensions, freezes, or pauses are not allowed for any reason. This ensures fairness and consistency for all members.
What is the refund policy?
All payments are strictly non-refundable.
In severe and documented medical emergencies, you may request a partial credit. Approvals are not guaranteed and are granted only at the Program’s discretion
How do the IFM discounts work?
Members receive exclusive IFM course discounts for the courses mentioned above. Members will be guided through the process in order to get the discounts during the onboarding session in the beginning of this program.
To use the discount correctly:
- Course start date must fall within your membership period

Will the program help me pass IFM-Certified Practitioner Assessment/Examination?
The Program provides support, mentorship, case discussions, and guidance, but no certification or exam outcome is guaranteed.
It supplements your IFM education; it does not replace official IFM training or coursework.
